Not all sprinkler systems are the same. Many were designed for less hazardous occupancies than presently exist or are quite old and do not meet current NFPA 13 standards. Penrim Limited can assess your existing sprinkler system for NFPA 13 compliance and adequacy for the current occupancy. Penrim can also issue NFPA 13 compliant specifications to be met for a planned, new sprinkler system for any proposed activity, be it manufacturing, storage, warehousing, offices, hazardous or flammable liquids storage, plastics and more.
